Application development is a core strength of Gear Up Technologies.  We've designed and implemented applications of all sizes - from enterprise workflow systems and intranets to single user applications.  Our speciality is workflow-enabled, browser-based Lotus Domino and Java applications.  Our development experience includes custom CRM, Document Management, Call Tracking, Change Control, and other applications.

Application Tuning

Because we are seasoned in designing and implementing applications, we are also expert troubleshooters in making your applications run better and faster.  We have had great success in making slow applications faster.  Sometimes it's as simple as changing a system setting, sometimes it takes some code rewrites, and sometimes it's a network issue.  Whatever the cause, we're good slueths who can help you accelerate slow performing applications.

Besides developing and tuning applications, we can also maintain your current applications (even those developed by others) and keep your application environment running smooth. 

Software Implementation

Gear Up Technologies can help customers implement new software into their environment.  We have experience in implementing a wide range of the IBM family of software including Lotus Notes and Domino, Lotus Sametime, Lotus Quickr and Quickplace, Lotus Connections, Webphere Portal and Application Servers, and Tivoli Directory Server (TDS) and Directory Integrator (TDI).

Training and Mentoring
